Your data in Revere – AI Features

When using AI features in Revere, some of your information is sent to our AI providers (currently only Google). For example, when you shorten a note or add bullet points, the note is sent to Google, processed, and returned to Revere to show to you.

When using these features, your information is never stored or used to train AI models or systems. It is ONLY used to process the answer, then it is deleted. We took care to choose services and settings that ensured this was true since the information stored in Revere can be personal.

Below are the relevant sections from Google’s Terms of Service, along with links to the full documents. If other providers are ever used, this page will be updated.

From the Google Service Specific Terms:

Google will not store outside Customer’s Account (i) Customer Data prompted to a Generative AI Service for longer than is reasonably necessary to create the Generated Output, or (ii) the Generated Output.

From the Google Gemini API Additional Terms:

Google doesn't use your prompts (including associated system instructions, cached content, and files such as images, videos, or documents) or responses to improve our products.

Google logs prompts and responses for a limited period of time, solely for the purpose of detecting violations of the Prohibited Use Policy and any required legal or regulatory disclosures.
